In January 2024, the Chairwoman of the Europe–Africa Initiative (EAI) met with representatives from the Office of the Minister-President of the Free State of Saxony to discuss opportunities for potential cooperation between the State of Saxony and Nigeria.
As part of the discussions, the Office invited EAI to present its recommendations for possible areas of partnership and cooperation. In response, EAI developed and submitted partnership recommendations outlining potential areas of mutual interest and opportunities for strengthening cooperation between Saxony and Nigeria.
