On 12 March 2026, the Europe-Africa Initiative (EAI) took part in the inspiring Women on the Move event held during Brandenburg Women’s Week. EAI was represented by our Chairperson Tolulope Omodara and Treasurer Margaret Torkura, who showcased our organisation at the event’s marketplace and engaged with women founders, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
The event brought together women from diverse backgrounds to exchange knowledge, build networks, and encourage one another to pursue their ideas with confidence. With keynote talks, workshops, advisory sessions, and live music, the atmosphere was vibrant, supportive, and full of meaningful conversations.
For EAI, it was a valuable opportunity to highlight our mission of strengthening collaboration between Europe and Africa and to connect with women who are shaping their communities through innovation and leadership.
